The Just For you Center is in network with the following Health Care Providers.  Please note all the insurance companies listed below require pre-authorization.  Please call us at 973 887 5930 for the information that is required.

Many insurance companies cover Cranial or Medical Hair Prosthesis.  We will call your insurance company for you to see what benefit you have for the wig.  Additionally, we will prepare your insurance paperwork for you to submit for reimbursement if you are not a member of Aetna, BlueCrossBlueShield of NJ or Horizon NJ  Health.
